Can I take this 40,000mAh power bank on a flight?

No. TSA and FAA regulations limit standard carry-on power banks to 100Wh. Since this high-capacity device is 154Wh, it is not allowed on standard commercial flights. It is designed for road trips, camping, and home emergency backup.

Why did it not come with a charging cable? Which should I use?

Cables are excluded to reduce environmental waste. For full 65W PD fast charging, we highly recommend using a 100W/5A USB-C to USB-C cable with a compatible wall charger. Standard phone cables may significantly limit charging speeds.

Why does the charging speed slow down when the battery drops below 40%?

This is a smart thermal management feature. To optimize efficiency and extend battery lifespan, the power bank caps output at 20W below 40% battery. For laptops or ROG Ally, keep it charged above 40% for full 65W performance.

The screen stays on or the device seems frozen. How do I reset it?

A temporary display lag may occur due to static. To reset and recalibrate the screen, completely drain the battery until the display turns off entirely, then recharge it to full using a 65W PD charger to restore normal display.

How fast can I fully recharge this 154Wh power bank?

Recharge times depend on your wall adapter: 65W PD Charger: ~ 2.5 - 3 hours (Highly Recommended); 20W Charger: ~ 7 - 8 hours; Standard 10W (5V/2A) Plug: Over 15 hours.
